Our Nursery school was created to cater for the need of the young children belonging to young mothers whom Naserian Girls Empowerment Foundation sponsor.we realised that this young children belong to our young mothers are still not accepted by the girls family and most of the time they are viewed as a burden to the family.a good number of time they are denied education hence been left alone at home .so ngefs came up with this nursery school program to ensure that this young children get equal chance of education like other children .

Holding our hands together .

Due to the large number of pupils we have been receiving through out the year, our school small classroom can’t hold any more children so we are looking forward to construct two classrooms to ensure that our children get enough space for learning .with this we Kindly ask for your contribution in whichever way you can ,by donating your time in volunteering with us or contributing 2£ or sponsoring a child will for see our nursery school program going forward .

Looking for better Future

Girls know very little about their bodies, their health and have no opportunity for sex education before they are circumcised in preparation for marriage in Maasai communities. In addition to lacking basic resources, the day schools do not have gender sensitive facilities and are equally unprepared to deal with gender specific needs. Without running water or proper toilet facilities, girls who have reached puberty are often unable to attend school during menstruation. Missing this much school puts girls at a severe disadvantage and greatly reduces their chances of continuing their education beyond the primary level.
